Is Jotform has this Options verify that No Duplicates Email id can registration my form the information entered into this field is unique and has not been submitted previously.

What you can do on your form is to achieve the validation on the email data entered as shown by the screenshot below.
There is no way to prevent user from putting non-authentic email account as long as it meets the validation format. (i.e. email@example.com will be a valid format but will not be authentic)
But in your submission reports you can try filtering emails that were submitted and possibly isolate those that seem not authentic.

The answer here has nothing to do with the question that was asked. I'm searching your forum for answers and there seems to be numerous areas where the question is not answered. Please can someone with more knowledge on this please answer?

At the moment, there is no public API that will fetch all row entries from a particular column/field in a form.
We have 'Reports' feature though that can provide recent data through CSV, Table, RSS, etc but not the entire submissions.
