So I used your program to create a form and I copied the javascript link for it and pasted into my html page (I'm using dreamweaver btw).
The problem is: It's overflowing the width of my site giving me a side scroll with extra white space. How can I contain the form within my <div>?
I already tried using a max-width syntax in my CSS. The box responds but the white space still shows. I don't know if it has something to do with the padding.

Please check our guide here for changing the form width;https://www.jotform.com/help/35-The-Importance-of-Form-Widths.
I checked your website (http://bestinc.net/) and I cannot seem to find the form there. Can you add it back so we can check? If it's embedded on a different website, can you share us the link here?

Unfortunately changing the width is not possible as you are using the new form layout.
However, if you like you can use the legacy form layout (its a little different!). Then you will be able to change the width and also access all the other available settings.
