Some form answers are not showing up in submission

    In our 2017-2018 SAM NTP New Student Arrival Report  we have one question that won't show it's required answer in the submission.  I just ran two tests and the second to last required question will not show the answer in the body of the email, but it will show in the pdf attachment.  I also had one user say that she selected "YES" as the answer for the Has the host family taken the student shopping for school supplies (寄宿家庭是否有带学生去采购学习用品)? question, however the response that showed in the submission was "NO".  I have not been able to replicate this issue but figured I would let you know in case it's part of the bug.  How do we fix?

    I understand that some fields are not displaying in the notification email and displaying in the PDF report. Is that correct? Generally, when any new fields added to the cloned form there may be a chance of not adding the fields to the email notification. I believe that you have not customized the PDF report for the form. Could you try creating a new notification for the form and see if that looks the same as the PDF report? It that resolves the issue, you may delete the old notification on the form.
