Not able to enter amount in Donation field of the form

I created a form with a donation field where the user can enter the amount of the donation. Please let me know why it's not working. 

A few users have tried it and reported back that it's not working. 

Also, I wanted to hide the text next to donation where it says FREE. I put in CSS code for that but it must have the wrong element.

In your form you were using the wrong Payment Type in the Payment field.

Instead of Sell Products, you should use User Defined Amount or  Collect Donations instead.

I suggest you update the form and assign the correct Payment Type needed.
