I know there are various different reporting views, from HTML to Excel. Is there a way that these reports can be saved as a Google sheet for easy sharing, but still retain its dynamic reporting and be automatically updated?

We have an integration with Google Sheets. It's not a report per se but will serve your purpose based on how you described it. The sheet will dynamically update for each and every submission. To enable the integration, follow the guide I'm linking below. Just keep in mind that you should not edit the generated sheet once you're done. Editing the columns, column names, etc. may break the integration.
