Incomplete submission: Unable to delete the saved data in session from the list of submission page.

    Hi
    Thank you for your replies. I have tried to delete all submissions from jmartin@begavalley.nsw.gov.au and JVidau@begavalley.nsw.gov.au and communications@begavalley.nsw.gov.au and the wizard will not delete them.
    Is there a delay or should it happen immediately.

    Hello Judy,

    Do you mean to say that you tried deleting submissions from incomplete submissions but its not removed from the list?

    I did test this issue and I am able to replicate the issue you are having. I created a new session in your form with email address ashwin@jotform.com and I tried to delete it form the incomplete submissions list. It gets removed form the list but when we open the incomplete submissions list again, the deleted session is displayed again. 

    I am reporting it to our backend team. We will get back to you as soon as we have any update form them.
