When I google my name or business this form shows up on line - how do I turn it off from being public??

I only want clients who I send the link to , to e able to view it.

Unfortunately, that is something that can not be avoided, the forms will be indexed in Google search. The only way to remove the forms from Google search is to embed the form in a website and then place noindex and nofollow meta tags. That will force the search engines to stop indexing that page and as such the form should not be showing up in the search engines neither. (it will force the web page not to index as well by the way).

You could check my colleague's workaround here: https://www.jotform.com/answers/929037-How-to-make-my-form-Private-from-Google-search

    It might be helpful.
