Mailchimp newsletter checkbox option not being displayed in live form.

I have added the mailchimp integration app to our membership form. The newsletter sign-up form is appearing in the edit mode but not in the published form. Am I missing a step to make the integration live?

I am not sure why it was not being displayed earlier. I refreshed your MailChimp integration and newsletter checkbox is now being displayed in form successfully. Please check the screenshot below:
