How to change form title shown in browser tab

Hello,

I created a form from a scholarship template. My form is called "MathQuest Fellowship Application."

When the form is active and opened, the tab in Google Chrome still says "Scholars in Service Application." How can I change this?

Please check if you have updated the form title/name in the Form Settings >>> Page Title option.
