I am not exactly sure if I understood your question correctly.
When a form is submitted an Autoresponder email will be sent to your users if you created an Autoresponder email.
You have only one form on your account and that form has an Autoresponder email. However, your Autoresponder email is not set correctly.
You did not select the Recipient Email inside of the Autoresponder email settings.
You should select the email field of your form as the Recipient Email.
