Is there a widget that offers the ability to remove items as they are selected?

We are wanting to create a form that has drop down options. As each person registers and chooses an option we need it to remove itself from the registration form as an option. Do they make a widget for that?

We have the ASMSelect widget to display the selected option from the dropdown. However, when the form is reloaded, the drop down will be displaying all the options again. I understand that you want to display only options that are not selected from the previous submissions. Is that correct?

If so, unforutnately, such widget is not available at this moment. However, please see the following widgets to check if they work for your requirement though they are not dropdown menus. You may limit the number of selections for each option from these widgets.
