I'm not able to get into my account

    I provided my e-mail address to get instructions to re-do my password and I never get the e-mail. I have seen my into my spam/junk/inbox messages and nothing come in.

    Could you please advise me what it is wrong?

    There isn't any registered account with your email address "pandanza@gmail.com", nor an embedded jotform in the site you have shared. If you have the direct link to a form you have created in the account that you are trying to access, please share it, so we can locate the account.

    I see, the whole page is your form: http://www.jotform.ca/form/22388033944255, which does not have any input field.

    That form is hosted in the account username "pandanza", which is registered under the email address "info@pandanza.com".

    If you forgot your password, simply click on the "Forgot password?" link when attempting to log in, then enter your username and click on the "Send reset instructions" button.

    The reset instructions will be sent to the registered email address.
