    Why is the data not collected?

    Hey Fredrik,

    Thanks for getting back to me!

    I checked on the test email you provided
    fredrikbiscuit@gmail.com and I noticed


    that we did not collect any data for the name field

    again which would render these fields without any data


    to populate. However, if we are capturing a name
    from your form with JotForm, those variables

    should work just fine. You will want to ask JotForm
    if the form is set to pass the data for the name field
    through to our system.

    As for the function of the JotForm. This is not
    our application and as we did not create it
    we cannot speak to its functionality. It will be necessary
    to contact JotForm regarding any complications you
    may be experiencing with this form.

    I have chosen "first and last name" in the follow up message
    personalization but it doeesn't work? The strange thing is that I got it to
    work before?

    Have a look at the form also. I now have it live on the website where it is
    supposed to be because I need to get going on this:

    The Feedback button might not  be embedded appropiately that might be causing the required fields are not working  , please replace Type :1  for Type:2  as indicated below (you can just copy the code below and embed it instead of the current one)

    @biscuitab,

    Please try changing the base value from http://yang.jotform.com/ to http://www.jotformeu.com that might help.

    We're truly sorry about that, didn't notice that your form is integrated with Aweber.

    I'm not sure if this help, would it be OK with you if you could re-integrate your form with aweber? Please try removing the integration and integrate it again with the same settings.

    Honestly, I don't have aweber account so I don't have any chance to test your form on my end. But, I'll ask my colleague's to help you further regarding this issue.

    No, you have to open and edit your form in the form builder. After that, open the Aweber integration and remove it, refresh your page and integrate it again. Check this screen:
