The server may have capacity to block IPs for the protection of the server from certain attacks. But on the user level, there is no option to do this.
If you have additional questions, please let us know.

Hello, our jotforms are being blocked by a message stating our IP address has been blocked. Can I please get this resolved?

I have just whitelisted the last IP that you have used. If you are still having trouble logging in, I suggest that you please create a new thread and provide us more details there.

Thank you for your response, wdhsHR.
I have recently responded to the other thread which you have started and found the detail on your IP address information, and addressed your concern. Feel free to get back to us if the problem persists. :)

Hi. We are still experiencing issues. Our consultant has requested the following:
Can you ask the hosting server company(voting system, right?) to check if they block us(126.96.36.199 with particular ports) or they can check the server logs what is missing during the session between 188.8.131.52 and their server (184.108.40.206).
There is a high chance that they block our public IP address(220.127.116.11) with a specific service(ports).

I have now whitelisted the IPs mentioned. If in case the problem persists, I suggest to please visit http://www.whatismyip.com/ to counter check if the IP address you mentioned is the same IP that is currently being used.
We look forward to your updates.

Is it possible that the operators of your facility where you host your server has blocked our IP.
On Wednesday we had the following error messages from Jotform 'Rate Limit Exceeded' then a hour or so later we have not been able to submit any form from this IP. Is it possible to have this checked. Otherwise I will need to redo my forms with a different vendor for student voting.

That may be due to a system filter check after getting too many requests in a short period. But that does not mean that it blocked the users or you. In any case that should the issue happen again, please let us know right away so we can have a look and address the case in the shortest time possible.
