I run a staffing agency and staff creates profiles through JotForm to join our database. I noticed that all pictures in our profiles created in 2010 and earlier are no longer visible, as if they expired. Is there a way to fix it?
Also, often times our staff requests us to update their address, phone number or other information but they are unable to do so. Is there a way that we can do it for them on our end? It seems like once they submit their registration form to us, no information can be changed.Page URL:

In order to assist you further I need to know what the username or email associated with this account is or if you are using our 3rd partied software that was possibly installed onto your website if that happens to be what you use. This will help us to begin investigating the problem further.

In adition to what my colleague has stated, can you also refer to us the Form ID or the URL of the page where any Jotform might be embedded?
Because, we have not been able to find any account associated with the email address posted on this thread
