How to get a pdf doc after the details are submitted ?

I have created a form and posted the url, now i get the details directly to my system. But i need pdf Copy of the same details filled by the user. how to achieve this.

Here is how you can make that work:

Enabling PDF Attachment will attach the PDF of the submission to the submission email.
