I cannot log in and the reset password is not sending me the reset email

    Dears 

     

    J can't log in, password is not correct, button - "reset password" - not working too....

    Could you please provide us the email associated with the account you want to reset the password? I tried to initialize password reset for the email address (krzysztof.bielanski@gmail.com) that you have used to open this thread.

    The reset password link is currently working fine on my end.

    If you still encountered issues, please do get back to us.

    Account could be establish on on of email: Krzysztof.bielanski@gmail.com or info@lij.com.pl – both not working – I have no email from jotform – also in SPAM

    The username is lij. The email address is krzysztof.bielanski@lij.com.pl. You should log in with your username instead of the email address. If you forgot the password, you should reset it using the given email address.
