I tried embedding my form using ?nojump both as a script and iframe. No matter what it still jumps to the contact form. How can I fix it?

I also tried deleting onDISABLEDload="window.parent.scrollTo(0,0)" - doesnt help.

Please provide the URL of the webpage where the form is embedded so that we can further check the issue.

We'll wait for your reply. Thank you.

Sorry, it's a local site at the moment. But I think I pinpointed the issue - it has to do with autoselecting a field in the form. When I add a welcome screen with nojump it doesn't jump, but if it goes straight to a page with a selectable field it scrolls down.

Is there a way to disable autoselecting?

When you say auto-selecting, are you referring to the pre-filled forms? It is possible to pre-populate form fields via the URL parameters. In this way, every time the form is loaded, the fields will have pre-populated values. You can disable it by using the forms direct link.

You may also want to check if the "Continue Forms Later" option is enabled in the Form Settings. Here's a guide: How-to-Enable-Auto-Fill-on-Forms

Unfortunately, you need to upload the webpage online so that we can test it on our end. Please try checking the browser console and check if there are any errors. Here's a guide: How-to-get-a-console-report-from-most-common-browsers.

    Thank you.
