Account billing, upgrade

    my account is currently requesting an upgrade when it was originally set up as an education institution account and I dont have that rate. Can you please let me when the account was last paid.

    It looks like your educational discount application was approved this morning.  Check your email inbox for the approval notice.  That email will contain links to upgrade your account at the discounted rate:
