I get a form over quota error when submitting edited submissions

We went over our 1000 form views limit on the last 2-3 day of lart month. Counter has now reset as it's the 1st today, but I can't edit submissions ( i.e. To approve ) -when I try I get "form over quota" message popping up.

i thought this would reset at end of the month?

obviously we will upgrade if this becomes our usual form view but I wonder if this is an error or normal?

Yes, the submissions counters are now reset. And I have just cleared your forms cache. Can you try again? Also, make sure that the form limit is not set:
