Trying to show text and headers on generated PDF

I'm trying to show the text in my form when the PDF is generated. I've already tried toggling the check boxes for showing headers and text when formatting the pdf. Only the headers are included, the text is still missing. Thanks!

If I understand you well you want to capture the date and time a submission/PDF was generated. This can be made possible by customizing the email section of the form to capture the current time or time form was submitted which is the same time PDF will be generated.
