Why am I unable to submit my forms when the DocuSign widget is added to the form?

    hello, i have an issue right now with two of my forms, here are the links on the page they are at:

    i make use of the docusign widget in this forms and i have made sure they are authenticated, when i take out the widget from the form the form submits normally, but when i add the widget the form tries to submit and flashes the warning for a quarter of second saying that there are errors in the form, yet this warning dissappears right away. 

     

    its for sure a docusign widget issue, could you please tell me how i can fix this so that i can make use of this widget in my forms.

     

    I appreciate any input and soution you can provide as its urgent that i make this forms work as soon as possible, thank you for you assistance.

    I have been testing your forms and noticed they show an error at the moment of trying to sign using the widget.

    However, I have noticed there is an error related to the API info provided, that's provided when you authenticate with your DocuSign account. I would recommend you to open your form in incognito mode and re-authenticate it, this should load a fresh API info. 

    Also, please try adding a document title:

    i re-authenticated in incognito window and named the document but it is still showingme an error, what else can i do to fix this issue?

    Apologies for the inconveniences this may have caused to you. 

    I have been testing with a cloned form of yours and I was able to replicate the issue you are mentioning; however, it was resolved by removing the widget and adding it again to the form.

    Feel free to test it. 

    I would also recommend you to contact DocuSign Support and make sure you have not any API limit. 

    Also, to make sure the widget works, you could create a simple testing form and add the widget only, without adding any other element, this will help us to know if the issue is an isolated one with the forms you provided or if this is with all of the forms you create.
