Not receiving submissions from an Application Form redirected from a Registration Form

    I think I have not set up my registration and application process correctly.  My account is under mking1423.  I have a registration form to be completed which then directs to an application.  I am not receiving any of the applications so I'm wondering if my routing is incorrect.     I only see one application so far.  Am I missing something in this process?

    Although there is a chance that the registrants are really not submitting the second form (application), I have checked the forms from a clone version and I noticed that there is a little issue with the link you are providing your registrants in the autoresponder and Thank-You page.

    I noticed that the {uniqueQuestion} for the Proposal Contact Name field is different from what is in the field's properties. — How-to-Find-Field-IDs-and-Names

     

    I understand that it is one way for you to separate sessions and without the value of the Proposal Contact Name included in the link, registrants of the same agency will be accessing the same session when they load the application form from the link you provided them.
