Hi there too @Holidea - I'm confused by this line:

I need theth redirect url is opened in a new schede of the broswer.

Did you mean you wanted the Thank You page redirect to open on a new tab? If so, that's not possible as the Thank You page will always open on that same page/tab where the form is, regardless if it was a normal or conditionally triggered redirect URL.

I took a look at your form and found out you just have a single Dropdown Field. Keep in mind that the redirect is associated with a Thank You page, meaning this only triggers after form submission. It won't trigger the redirect after making a selection on the Dropdown Field.

So, all these conditions (shown below) will work, but, it will only redirect to those respective pages after clicking the condition has been met and after clicking Submit button. And it will always open on that same page/tab.

No worries. It's worth noting though that you can place links on your form, on the Thank You page and even on the Autoresponder emails that your customers receive. And these links can be setup to open in a new tab if needed.

If you're interested in knowing this approach, I recommend you head over to the guide that I'm linking below.

    Complete guide: How-to-Add-a-Downloadable-File-to-Your-Form

The guide talks about a downloadable file but in theory, it should apply to any kind of URL/link. Just add a target="_blank" attribute to the URL/link you will add so it opens on a new tab.

Looks like our Forum stripped out the HTML code that I entered. I'm referring to the target attribute, then use _blank as the value of target.
