Why is my form getting stuck on working when trying to download it as fillable PDF?

I need to be able to view a PDF to make sure it works that way I need it to.  Does this work with the free account and if not can you enable or send me created PDF examples?

Yes, with a free account you are able to create PDF fillable forms; however, do note that there are some limitations regarding the elements that can be used with such forms. 

I can see you have used widgets on your form, this may be generating the issue so you cannot download the form.

You could just create a simple form using basic fields so it can be downloaded as PDF.
