Hi, thanks for the fast reply, I understand now how the translation works, but we see that there is a selector on the top right to select the language, the problem we have is that we have an English website that users can choose to select to see it in French, when the user sees this form does it mean because the default language is English, that is what is going to appear in the French page and the user has to manually select French to see the form in French?
We need the user when is in the french translated part of the website and goes to the form for the form to be already in french when they see it, is that possible?

In the language tool, set the Detect Language settings option to ON as well.
Ex:
This will allow your form to auto translate to whatever the browser language was using at the time.
Let us know if this did not work.

Hi guys, it did not work and I turned on Detect Language as you suggested above.
I translated the form and yes I see the language switch on the top right and when I click on French it shows the form properly in French.
Again, when you go to the page in English and then you switch the page to French, just like any other website with multi language, the page switches in language, here we switch to French but the form does not switch to French, it stays in English, you have to manually switch it to French, is not automatic.
We are WPML which is very popular.

I have checked your web page and see that you are using WordPress for the site. I am not sure if you are displaying the same page/post for different languages on your website. Is it possible to use different form links to display for different language web pages? If so, you may change the URL in the embed code to the following to see if that works.

Thanks!
