I have moved, changed my email address to email@example.com and no longer need to use Jotform. How do I cancel my subscription and stop the recurring charge on my bank account?

I would like to apologize for any inconvenience. I'm not completely sure about what you mean by, "changed my email address to email@example.com".
However, I have checked your wilsotg0 account and I see that it was recently upgraded — Aug 7, 2017
I can cancel that subscription for you on my end and have it effective at the end of your current biiling cycle then you will not be charged again after that.
