on 12 August a lady applied for her child's christening. She rang today to confirm but I did not have her application. I could go onto jotform and find it but it did not arrive as an email. can you help please?

I'm checking this specific page https://stjjvwestoncreek.blogspot.com.au/p/baptism.html, but I can't find a JotForm form on it?
If you received the submission in your JotForm account but was not notified via email, it's possible that it ended up in the spam/trash/junk folder. Or the email address was on the bounce list.
