Is it possible to print a copy of the form before it is published?

I just want to seen how the form will look before I publish it to my site. I think I've managed to have 2 elements on the one line a few times:

date of baptism and place and

date and place of reconciliation and

Eucharist but I have a second date of Eucharist that I can't get rid of without the 2 on the one line going out of sync and splitting onto 2 lines. I've tried dragging to the left moving the element up or down and nothing seems to work

I also want to have more that 1 check box to a line

    i.e.

sex: check box male and check box female on two line but I want them on the same line.

School Names: check box SJ/SJV; check box Other Catholic; check box Other

I also would like to do the same for the class years - if not all on the same line at least on 2 lines, 3 per line.

I am playing around to try and just have 1 form rather than 3.

    Hi,

It seems like you have a couple of questions. Below are the answers:

"I just want to see how the form will look before I publish it to my site."

You can click the "Preview" switch in the form builder to view the form how it looks like. But I suggest copying the form's direct link and view it on different browsers and devices so that you can have more accurate results. Please do note that if you will embed the form on a website, that layout of the form may change depending on how your website handles embedded codes:

To position your fields like having them in one line, I suggest checking this guide to learn more: https://www.jotform.com/help/328-How-to-Position-Fields-in-JotForm. You'll need to use the "Shrink" and "Move to a new line" option.

If you want to spread the options in you radio button and/or check box fields, you can do that by enabling the "Spread to Columns" option. To access that, you can follow the steps below:

    1. First, select the field, click the gear icon or the "Properties" button. Then navigate to the "Options" tab.

    2. If you scroll down, you'll see the "Spread to Columns" option.

I strongly suggest that you open one thread per concern/topic so that we can better discuss it.

    I hope that helps.
