When users do not settle payment in PayPal checkout page, the input data of form fields are lost.

    2. I have been working on my partners jotform to create the Paypal options and when testing the Paypal option, we've found that if we get redirected to the Paypal payments page, that we loose all of our Jotform pre-entered data if we don't complete the Paypal transaction (when returning back to the original page).

    Is there a way to avoid the loss of pre-entered data after not completing a Paypal payment (ie. returning back to the seller's page). ?

    You are redirected to the PayPal checkout page when you submit a form. The form will be cleared on submit and because of that, you are redirected to a blank form when you click on the browser back button on the PayPal checkout page. It is not possible to keep the data, when returning back to the original page if the form was submitted. 

    Considering that you abandoned the payment the submission was marked as an Incomplete Payment and you can find it on the submission page of your form. More about the Incomplete Payments you can find inside of this guides:
