Hi, could you please check your Email Notifications to make sure the email or emails you are wanting the notification to be sent to is correct and added to the Email Alerts list. You can do this by going into your forms and selecting the form then Email Alerts and Add Email. Please see below.
Also, it may be due to the fact that you have a Free Account which is known because of limitations of the free account causing this and I apologize for that.

Hello. I could not find any email logs from the email address info@****. Was there a different email address before than the email address that is currently set in your email notification?
Anyhow, I made a test submission and I'm now seeing logs for the info@*** email address. Can you please check your inbox? If it's not in your inbox, please check the spam folder.
