Form does not appear the same as I save it

Hello

On My form titled TEAM Case Consultation, I have updated the payment part, which is at bottom of form. I have turned off the trial period button on paypal options. And now as I try to upload it to my website, I notice the entire payment section is not showing, even though it shows on the form itself. 

Please advise. 

Go into the edit mode of your form, then click on the payment field, and you will see the following message appear. 

"This payment field will NOT be seen on the form. Click here SHOW instead"

Simply click on that link to show the field:
