I sign in but your site will not let me login. Is there something wrong with your site?

I see that your account firstsmithprgroup is auto-suspended by our anti-phishing system which is strict to scan each form to calculate the probability of phishing activities. I have checked your account and see that the form http://www.jotform.us/form/72465163184155 is collecting passwords for email and Instagram accounts. It is not allowed to create login forms or collect sensitive information like Credit card numbers, passwords, usernames etc through JotForm. Such forms are considered as phishing forms and associated accounts are automatically suspended. Please refer to our Terms of usage for more information on phishing.
