Built in consents

i have consents built into my intake form for the patient to sign. I see signature but not the actual verbage i placed on form should I be using another text box to see. I need this for legal reasons to protect myself Thank you

If I understand you correctly by Verbage you mean something like an acknowledgement or Terms and conditions where a user has to confirm they have understood the terms and conditions? If this is the case we have a terms and condition widget which you can add to your form.
