Can people save forms before submitting?

If I have a login page can I create a new form results file for each respective user?

We have two methods to save a form before submitting it:

1) Enabling the auto-fill feature: https://www.jotform.com/help/227-How-to-Enable-Auto-Fill-on-Forms 

In this method, the user will need to get back to the same browser, as the data is saved in the browser's local storage.

2) Creating a continue later workaround: https://www.jotform.com/help/97-How-to-Save-Forms-and-Continue-Later 

The user will be able to continue filling the form from any browser and device, as a session URL is created.
