The invoice field is not displayed in the payment wizard, due to the absence of a text box field on the form. It is required to have a short text entry field on the form so that it can be used for the invoice field. Since the other form is having the email address field which is short text entry field, it is displaying as the invoice field.
Could you let us know to which description field that you are referring in the payment wizard so that we can check it further for you?

I've added a short text entry field and tested it to ensure it would show up in our Authorize.net account as the invoice field. It worked perfectly and looks great. Thanks so much!!!
