How to remove the JotForm banner on the Thank you page and emails?

I just purchased the basic plan, but the ad's are still showing up on the Thank You page and the auto response emails. Is there a way to remove these?

Please check if the JotForm Branding option is still enabled in the account settings page. If so, please try disabling it and see if the issue is resolved.
