I received a notice today that I have met my jotform payment limit. However when I check under my profile it says I have had only one payment. Wondering where the difference is coming from. See attached file. When does my month start over?

Apologies for the inconveniences this may have caused to you.
I have checked your account and noticed you have not reached any limit so far so I have removed the overlimit status.
The account limits are counted in a monthly basis and they are reset each first day of the month (EST).
