Trying to figure out best pricing plan

i am a psychologist and have therapists working under me that should be completing one of the forms every-time they see a client. I like your progress note template. Each of the therapists could use the same template. Is this considered one form? I would like them to send me their notes after each session. I know how to access the form, can you provide me with directions as to how to complete (is it under build, preview?) and which plan is best for me.

The form can be accessed via the direct link. You can get the form's direct link in the Publish section.

In the Preview mode, you can click the "Open in New Tab" button to view the stand alone form.

For the plan, it depends on how many submissions you are expecting each month. Under the Free/Starter plan, you can only receive 100 submissions per month. Please check our pricing page for more information.
