Could you please cancel my subscription
Details are: email - email@example.com
I have tried several times via your website but i end up in a loop on a plimus site
Please advise when this has been done

Hello Marnie. You're paying your subscription with us via the payment gateway, Plimus. This is why you're being redirected to the Plimus page whenever you try to cancel your subscription. Your Plimus username can be found from the 1st email that you have received from them when you upgraded your JotForm subscription.
I have now canceled your subscription for you. You will not get charged again. Your subscription will be downgraded to free on Sept 16, 2012. Feel free to re-upgrade your subscription anytime!
