How to create an invoice when form is submitted?

    Thanks for this information.

    Can you tell me, now How can I generate invoice automatically when some of my clients send me project through jot form and pay me?

    Please note that there is no automatic way to generate an invoice when the form is submitted with payments. The best way possible is add a form auto-responder email alert in form. You can then edit the auto-respoder email template and customize the source HTML to display it as invoice.

    Sir,

    thanks for this information. But I really need real invoices which can be tracked and counted with my book of accounts to count my profit and loss template.

     

    Some-one replied that, if I use older version of jotform then I can use freshbook. Is it right ?

    And, one another problem is here, when submitting the jotform it's not redirecting to the Paypal payment page. it is giving me this error: http://prntscr.com/ghe2bn ; 

     

    can you please check and reply me over this ?

    I want to know this from you.

    Unfortunately no. It is currently not possible to integrate your form with Freshbook. Earlier we did have integration available in older version 3 but because of the some technical glitch, it was removed. 

    In your previous thread, we have already sent a feature request ticket to our backend team. We will get back to you as soon as we have any update from them.
