My mailchimp integration won't work, what should I do? Please advise.

    I checked your form and I can see that the MailChimp integration is not configured correctly. The fields are not yet mapped in the integration. Here's a screenshot:

    Please make sure that the fields in the list are mapped correctly. You may refer to this user guide:

    hello Jan... understand your answer, but the problem now is i can only see
    the Email on Match Your Fields..And then when i click on it the only option
    is newsletter..the other boxes options are empty..And then when i click,
    Add new field, the options are just the same I mentioned above
    (newsletter,and the other boxes options are empty). What's wrong with my

    I checked the MailChimp integration on your form ( and I was able to replicate the issue. The only option from the dropdown is the Newsletter.


    This is happening because the fields of your form have no name. Please add a name for each form fields so that it will appear in the MailChimp integration.
