How to have multiple lines per page

Hi, I'm new to Jotform and I apologize for this simple question, but the answer isn't intuitive and the solutions I've found both through the support page and videos don't match how my form builder looks/functions.  When I drag and drop questions to the form, they all go onto separate pages.  I can't seem to get multiple questions per page, and cannot delete the page breaks either, only the question itself.  Help?!

We have recently released a new form layout that automatically places each question on its own page.  If you would like multiple questions on the same page, disable the new form layout in your account settings page:

Then create a new form with the old layout.
