Create PDF Form: Logo is stretched to take the height of the whole form/PDF

    I have recently created 3 applications (New School Application, Existing School Application, Renewal School Application). I need to be able to save these applications in a PDF form to share with potential applicants prior to them receiving the link to complete the application. It appears that the Existing School Application and the Renewal School Application have saved properly. However, the New School Application is not saving like the other two. The logo or the letterhead appears to be "bleeding" down the entire document.

    I am currently investigating your form. The conversion to PDF takes time as it is quite a large form. As soon as the conversion is done and I see the issue, I will be back.

    I see what you are referring to. Here is what it looks to me after the conversion.

     

    Can you please try removing your logo and adding it again? After that, try converting again and let us know how it goes.

    I did try removing the logo and saving it again on Friday. I will try it again today and see if it saves differently.

    Removing the logo doesn’t help. Any other suggestions?
