Why isn't my form allowing certain dates?

    Hi there


    I have not made any changes to my form for the last month and the last time I used it, it worked just fine. But today it keeps hanging. 


    1. One problem is it will not allow me to enter a date of birth.

    2. When asked for ID number is gets stuck after entering the first number.

    I have been testing your form and was able to see what you are reporting with the date field; however, you are receiving that alert  since you have set date limits, currently you are only allowing dates within certain date range. 

    To remove such limitation you should open the field settings, go to the limits tab and scroll down until the "Disable Dates Range" section, remove the existing limit there: 

    Regarding the issue about the ID number, are you referring to the "What is your South African Identity Number" field?.

    I have been testing your form and was unable to replicate the issue you are mentioning, may you please provide us the field name you're referring to?
