Account Disabled?

    My user account is:


    I have reached my ten payments per month limit (on the free account), and I will not be taking any more payments for this month.


    I have however, received an email from Jotform saying my forms will be disabled if I don't upgrade my account even though I have only received my quota of 10 payments.


    Do I need to upgrade my account has I have only taken the alloted 10 payments and will not be taking any more payments and am well short of my submissions quota.


    Please respond quickly as I do not want my account frozen.

    Hi Brian and thanks for contacting us. I've removed your suspension schedule but note that if you exceed this limit your account will be suspended. Please let us know if you need further assistance.Alessandro
