The email address (email@example.com) is on our bounce list and that's the reason why you're not getting the password reset email.
I have removed it from our bounce list. You should be able to receive the password reset email.
Upon checking it further, I can see that the email address (firstname.lastname@example.org) is not associated with any JotForm account.
Are you referring to the account username (healinitiative) that is registered to the email address (email@example.com)? If yes, please log in to that account and if the issue persists, let us know.
