I am using conditional logic and not all the questions are displaying

Asked by msnm on August 28, 2012 at 08:31 AM

I am trying to do online ordering for a pizza shop

I have set up conditional logic so that you're automatically asked if you want to order the first pizza and what size and add/remove toppings, then you're asked if you want another one, if yes then which pizza, size, add/remove. So far I have set it up for up to four pizzas. The final question is delivery or pick up and if delivery is selected address field is displayed.

I have tried on my mobile and on laptop and you can only go down to the third pizza before the rest of the questions disappear, as in pick-up or delivery and then submit.

Is there a limit with the conditional logic?

Should I be setting it up differently.

Any other suggestions for doing online ordering.

The address the form is on is: http://m.demo4.mobilesitesnmore.com.au/Lists/164695 if that link doesn't work then it's the I want pizza button on http://m.demo4.mobilesitesnmore.com.au

    Thank you for your assistance.

Sorry for the inconvenience that may have caused. Regarding on this issue, may I ask what embedding method you use when you embed your form code into your website? If you are not using iFrame method, may I suggest you to try to embed your form code into your website using iFrame.

If you need further assistance, feel free to contact us at anytime.

    Thank you!

On your iframe code, try changing the scrolling value from "no" to "yes". Example:

    <iframe style="width: 100%; height:1452px; border: none;" src="//form.jotform.co/form/22128916889871" frameborder="0"scrolling="yes"> </iframe>

If that doesn't help, try increasing the iframe height (the bolded numbers on this code) to maybe around 2050px

FYI, there's no limit on conditions, so you can create as many as you want. The problem here I think is NOT within your conditions but instead the height of your iframe or the form container.

Let us know if the problem still persist after that. Thank you!
