I am trying to view the emails that have been sent out over the past month but even without filters, nothing is popping up. Is there a setting I need to change? Can you help me?

I have checked your account and it seems to be you are a sub-account user to another account. As I notice, there are no forms created in your account. If you are referring to the email history for the forms on the other account, unforutnately, they will be displayed from the parent account itself and it is required to log in to that account to view the email history log.
If you are referring to a different account, please let us know. We will be happy to assist.
