I'm really mad that there isn't a phone number or live chat to speak with someone

    I want to pay per month not for the year at once. I may cancel my subscription and have my credit card dispute this and use another service if this cannot be remedied. I only need this service for a few months.

    I cancelled your subscription and refunded your last payment.  You should see a refund of $190.00 posted to your card in the next 5-7 business days.  If you create another subscription, please make sure to select monthly instead of yearly after clicking upgrade to prevent this form happening again.

    Hi David,

     

    Thanks for applying the refund. It did say $19 monthly inside my account for the pricing that was selected. But on the receipt it showed yearly. Is there a different place to go on the site for the pricing options? There was just one option for each tier.

    When you click the "Upgrade" button, there is a pop-up to select the specific subscription:

    Select the Monthly option and then click upgrade.  This should be the same for the pricing and billing pages:
